SHIPPING PRODUCTS

The shipment of products takes place within the physical limits of Greece, through the cooperating transport company (courier). The transport company delivers the products to the address that you have disclosed (home, work, etc.), except in cases of inaccessible areas where your order is to be received from the nearest branch of the courier company or from the nearest possible delivery point. For shipments abroad please contact us at (+30)210 700 4792. Shipping costs are calculated according to the volume and weight of the products, the address and the postal code of the destination. The cost of transfer is calculated automatically during the process of filling in the order form, once you have placed the products in the cart, and by also filling in the postal code of the desired address. Charges are always calculated up until the sidewalk entrance of the declared delivery address.

In addition, during the ordering process, you are given the ability to pick up your order from our physical store, located at the 5th km of Kozani-Kastoria, free of charge. All orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays). If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, approval, preparation and shipping status will be granted the following working day. Deliveries of orders are made within the eight working hours (9:00 am – 17:00 pm) except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The itineraries of each shipment are set unilaterally by the company Efkolidis S.A. or by the cooperating transport / logistics agency and are notified to the customer / user.

In cases where the customer / user is not available the day or time set for him, the transport company re-sets the delivery day and notifies the customer / user. In the event that the customer isn’t available even at the second appointment, then he/she is responsible for picking up the products with his own means of transport, from the nearest cooperating company warehouse.

WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS

The terms and conditions described apply to all products purchased from the online store of Evkolidis SA through the internet at the website www.efdecopremium.com.

When placing your order through the online store Efkolidis S.A., you have the option to cancel your order within the very same day.

In case you wish to return the goods due to a change of mind, you will need to send a request to sales@efdecopremium.com with your purchase receipt and your order form. The products you want to return should be in excellent condition, with closed packaging as received. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product is covered by a warranty due to a manufacturing defect. In case you open the product packaging, you must take care of the condition of the returned products from the moment they are delivered to you until the moment you deliver them to the company’s central warehouses at the address 5th km Kozani Kastoria, Kozani, PC 50100.

The customer has the opportunity to return the purchased products within 14 days from the moment of receipt. In case they are not returned within the 14 day period Efkolidis S.A. is not obliged to accept any withdrawal or replacement of the product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

Products that were manufactured according to specifications that you have set as a consumer,Products that are not in stock and need a special order from the (supplier / manufacturer),Products which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably mixed with other elements.
